Here are the things you will need to do before you file Candidacy form at the GAPE office.
1) Become Classified student by submitting the change of classification form : http://www.sjsu.edu/gape/docs/change_classification.pdf and getting it signed by Graduate advisor, Departement advisor and giving it in GAPE Office.
2) Filling Graduate Candidacy form http://www.sjsu.edu/gape/docs/candidacy.pdf and getting it signed by your graduate advisor and department advisor.

-Change of Classification
-Course Substitution
-Transfer Creidits
-Advancement to Graduate Candidacy.

P.S Please fill the change of classification form as soon as you will be eligible! do not delay it.
